THE VILLAGE
Aspires to create an engaging learning experience for children, as well as teach the everlasting benefits of salvation. Further, our goal is to nurture the development of lifelong relationships with God through Christ. Ages: Infancy through 17 years of age.
Children’s Church
Sundays 10:00 am- 11:30 (during worship service) CST
Our mission is to celebrate our children by providing activities and curriculum that center biblical teaching with Black identity, empowerment, and social justice. With the love of Christ as our guide, together we will explore what it means to love, serve and pursue change in the world.

The mission of the Cathedral Choir of Cathedral of Grace|St. John Church is to enhance worship through inspiring, Spirit-led music. Using our diverse gifts, we offer praise to God, prepare hearts to receive the Word, and glorify Jesus Christ, praying that our songs bring comfort, strengthen faith, and lead others to come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Prepares Cathedral of Grace | St. John high school students with educational experiences and resources to gain admission to a college or university and provides support to students in their Christian life.

Fulfillment Hour equips believers through biblical teaching rooted in the Black Church tradition—nurturing faith, strengthening community, and inspiring faithful action in everyday life.

The Media Ministry mission is to help create a meaningful worship experience and connects the church within and beyond its walls.

The men's ministry seeks to teach and empower men to glorify God by living lives of significance, study, leadership, service to His church both within and without its walls and promote social fellowship from a Christian perspective.

We are called to strengthen our faith and sent to continue the ministry of Jesus Christ by service and witness in the world.

The Sign Singers of St. John and Praise Choir (for both children and adults) use sign language, gestures, and facial expressions to amplify the meaning of sacred music. This “dance of the hands” gives praise, glory, and thanks for the awesomeness of God as the ministry moves by His spirit.

The Sew Grateful Ministry is an inclusive community of believers, men and women, young and old, united by God’s Word, loving service and meaningful fellowship. Through the art of sewing, we provide handcrafted items of comfort and care to our church family and the surrounding community.
